01 Scope of Service
BilgiLMS provides a cloud-based learning management system (LMS) for educational institutions. The service includes different features depending on your chosen plan.
02 Account Responsibility
You are responsible for the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity performed through your account. Notify us immediately if you detect unauthorized use.
03 Acceptable Use
You may not use the platform for unlawful purposes, to infringe the rights of others, or to threaten the security of the system.
- Uploading illegal content is prohibited
- Misusing the system is prohibited
- Unauthorized access to other users' data is prohibited
04 Pricing and Payment
Paid plans are billed according to your selected plan. Payments are securely collected via PayTR and iyzico infrastructure. Billing may begin at the end of the trial period.
05 Intellectual Property
You own the content you upload to the platform. The BilgiLMS brand, software and design belong to BilgiLMS and may not be used without permission.
06 Limitation of Liability
The service is provided "as is". We cannot be held liable for indirect damages arising from force majeure or interruptions beyond our control.
07 Changes and Termination
We may update these terms from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated to you. Your account may be suspended or terminated for breach of these terms.
