This Distance Sales Agreement governs the online sale of BilgiLMS subscription services between the seller and the buyer (customer), in accordance with applicable consumer protection law.
01 Parties
Seller: BilgiLMS. Buyer: the natural or legal person purchasing the service. By completing the purchase, the buyer is deemed to have accepted all terms of this agreement.
02 Subject of the Agreement
The subject of this agreement is to define the rights and obligations regarding the provision of the BilgiLMS subscription plan and features selected electronically by the buyer in return for the stated price.
03 Service and Price
The scope, duration and price of the selected plan are stated on the purchase page. All amounts are clearly shown including/excluding taxes. Payments are securely collected via PayTR and iyzico.
- Plan name and contents are shown at the time of purchase
- Subscription term (monthly/annual) is stated
- Total amount and any discounts are clearly displayed
04 Delivery
The service is digital; the buyer's account is activated instantly once payment is approved. There is no physical delivery.
05 Right of Withdrawal
For digital content and services, the buyer has the right to withdraw within 14 days before performance begins. If performance (use of the service) begins with the buyer's consent, the right of withdrawal may end as permitted by law.
06 Cancellation and Refund
The subscription can be cancelled at any time from the management panel; cancellation takes effect at the end of the period. Refund requests are evaluated according to applicable law and usage status.
07 Dispute Resolution
For disputes arising from this agreement, the competent bodies are the Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts within the monetary limits set by applicable law.
